Colin is former Deputy Chair and current member of Orakei Local Board and leads the infrastructure and heritage portfolios. He has lived in St Heliers for over 45 years and is former Chair of the Eastern Bays Community Board. Colin has extensive local government experience, having been a City Councillor, City Secretary and City Valuer. He is keen to preserve the Ward’s special character and improve core services.
